I made this FX listening Enrico Caruso's lyric songs.... this is the reason why the final output could be just a little epic ;) 
This FX split a source image in different "glow/overexpose/oldstyle" sectors. The final image seems a "robot's dream" or something similar.
Adjust image's values (exposition, saturation...) and define the splitter style with different input's variables.
